I had used quarter-inch masking tape as a guide for my quilting stitches and really liked it, so I was eager to try Tiger Tape. I have now tried it several times on different quilts, but it is much too stiff and will not stick well.
I have given up on Tiger Tape and gone back to the plain quarter-inch masking tape.

I use Tiger Tape for getting nice, even stitches in my crazy quilting. By placing a piece of tape both above and below the seam line of a crazy quilt patch, I can use the markings to do many different stitches such as
Herringbone, Creatan, Chevron, etc.

I agree with Mary B. I use 1/4-inch masking tape rather than Tiger Tape.
It doesn’t cost as much as a quilt notion, you get more for your money, and
it sticks to my fabric until I want to take it off without leaving
residue. I love it for cross-hatch quilting.
