You must log in to view that page. Login Help Unless you've changed your User Name, it should be your e-mail address. And unless you've changed your Password, it should be the first part of your e-mail address, the part that comes before the "@". If you forget your Password, that's no problem. Just enter your User Name in the login form and click the "I Forgot My Password" button. Your password will be e-mailed to you immediately. If you forget your User Name, that's a bit trickier. You'll have to contact us and tell us your name so we can look up your User Name for you. We'll e-mail the answer to you as soon as we can, but it probably won't be immediately. It Keeps Telling Me I'm Not Logged In You try to log in...you don't get an error message...but it still says you're not logged in. Now what? That's a sign that your browser is set to not accept cookies. The log-in process requires that your browser accept cookies. To log in, you'll have to change your browser settings. Login Advice Using your e-mail address for your User Name isn't very secure. You should really consider changing your User Name to something else. It's easy to do -- just log in with your current User Name, then click "Edit my subscription data" on the Customer Service page. The page that you go to will let you change your User Name and/or Password. |
