Quilter's Review Sampler

Piecing It All Together
Wow! When you -- our wonderful Quilter's Review readers -- answer, you really answer!
I received nearly 300 responses to my question in the last issue about Woolite Dye Magnet! In a nutshell, you said that Shout's Color Catcher is widely available in the laundry aisle and just as effective.
I'll do some more testing and in the next issue have more details about trapping loose dye. And a big "Thank You!" to everyone who wrote me! I'm still working on sending each of you a reply.
Charming Houses
The big news from Cilleyville this week is that my first published pattern is finally available for sale! I'm really pleased with how well Charming Houses, an easy pieced and fusible applique wall quilt, turned out. Please check it out here. I hope you like it!
I should also mention that most of the major quilting-supply wholesale distributors are stocking my book, The Quilter's Review Guide To Picking A Sewing Machine You'll Love. So if you'd rather buy it at your local quilt shop than on our Web site, just have them check with their favorite distributor.
This week on the Quilter's Review Web site I review a simple product that will make your free-motion quilting and embroidery a little bit better. Sophie reviews a new book from Carol Doak, and another from Eula Mae Long.
I'll be back in your inbox on June 21st.
'Til then, quilt up a storm!

P.S. If you've got something you'd like to sell, a Quilter's Review classified ad is an easy, inexpensive way to get the word out to over 11,850 avid quilters -- our wonderful readers! Learn more here.
