Quilter's Review Sampler

Piecing It All Together
It's been a while since I've reviewed any quilting software, so it was nice to work with Electric Quilt's Town & Country Patchwork software this week. It represents an interesting new approach to quilt design software, one you'll really like if you're just beginning to think about making your own designs.
This week Sophie reviews a book on scrapbook quilts and another about snuggly quilts that evoke "the charms of yesteryear."
If you're reading this on Tuesday night, be aware that the Quilter's Review Web site might be down for maintenance for about 20 minutes tonight. Our Web hosting provider, CrystalTech, has been awesomely reliable in keeping Quilter's Review on the air, so I don't begrudge them a few minutes of downtime as they move us to a new and improved computer.
I'll be back in your inbox on July 5th.
'Til then, quilt up a storm!

P.S. Need to make an easy, charming gift? My new Charming Houses wall quilt pattern is a great way to assemble a quaint village scene using fusible web applique and 6" charms from your stash. You'll love the look -- see it here -- and making it couldn't be more fun!
