Quilter's Review Sampler
January 17, 2005
Piecing It All Together
This week in Quilter's Review you'll find my review of The Electric Quilt Company's new Classic Applique collections. Baltimore Album Blocks, Folk Art Blocks, and 1920s & 1930s Blocks each expand the designs and fabrics in Electric Quilt Version 5.
In the last issue, Sophie brought you a list of her favorite quilting books of 2004. In this issue, we bring you the bestselling quilting books of 2004, based on the books that you, our Quilter's Review readers, have bought at Amazon through our book reviews and through our new Quilter's Bookstore.
We're making a small adjustment to our publishing schedule for the next issue. Instead of publishing every other Monday, we're going to publish the first and third Mondays of the month. It's almost the same thing, except that when there are five Mondays in the month (as there are this month) I'll get a "free" week to work on my next book.
So I'm going to do that now, and I'll be back in your inbox on February 7th.
'Til then, happy quilting!

P.S. Need to make an easy, charming gift? My new Charming Houses wall quilt pattern is a great way to assemble a quaint village scene using fusible web applique and 6" charms from your stash. You'll love the look -- see it here -- and making it couldn't be more fun!
