Quilter's Review Sampler

Piecing It All Together
The summer solstice is here in the Northern Hemisphere giving us the most daylight of any day all year. After this, the days begin to decrease by a little every day. I do most of my quilting during the daylight hours so I want to accomplish as much as I can. Both of the products I reviewed and one of the books Sophie reviewed help you do more in less time.
I tested the Grace Speed Control Box for a short-arm system and Mary Covey's continuous line quilting designs. Sophie shares her opinions about Lickety-Split Quilts and Get Creative with M'liss Rae Hawley.
We'll be back in your email box on July 4th, America's Independence Day. Charlie will be marching in our town parade dressed like Uncle Sam and my grandchildren will participate in the children's parade. My daughter and I will be the cheering section.

P.S. Need to make an easy, charming gift? My Charming Houses wall quilt pattern is a great way to assemble a quaint village scene using fusible web applique and 6" charms from your stash. You'll love the look -- see it here -- and making it couldn't be more fun!
