Quilter's Review Sampler
#218 - January 31, 2006

Piecing It All Together

The end of January snuck up on me when I wasn't looking and I barely got the newsletter ready to send. This month has been very distracting to say the least with all the terrible news from family and friends about cancer and accidents. I'm hoping to move on and immerse myself in fabrics and quilts to soothe my soul.

In this issue, I review a device for applying binding to quilts using a sewing machine. Sophie picks her favorite books for 2005 and I reviewed a fun and easy book for making unique garments.

I'm hoping to get back on track soon with a working printer and a working microwave to free up some of my time. Quilter's Review will be back in your mailbox the week of February 13th. Until then, reward yourself with some time to quilt.

P.S. Thinking about a new sewing machine? Save a bunch of time, money, and frustration! The Quilter's Review Guide To Picking A Sewing Machine You'll Love will help you discover your unique sewing profile, test sewing machines thoroughly, negotiate for the best value, and more. Learn more about this valuable resource here.
