Quilter's Review Sampler
#221 - April 10, 2006
Piecing It All Together
Happy Easter! I'm so excited that spring is here. The weather is beautiful, the flowers are blooming and the Boston RedSox are leading their division in baseball. However, the fact that I finished all my income tax reports before the last day of the deadline has set my soul free to explore my creative side again.
In this issue, I review the Quilter's Cruise Control, a clever device that regulates your stitch length to your movement when doing short to medium arm machine frame quilting.
In response to last issue's question about machine appliqué, I review a book by Jean Wells that gives you a great place to start your new adventure. For piecers, I review Nancy Martin's book about using your scraps to make great quilts.
Quilter's Review Sampler will be in your box before the end of the month. Until then, corral your spring fever into beautiful fabric creations.

P.S. Thinking about a new sewing machine? Save a bunch of time, money, and frustration! The Quilter's Review Guide To Picking A Sewing Machine You'll Love will help you discover your unique sewing profile, test sewing machines thoroughly, negotiate for the best value, and more.
